Terms of Service

Effective 22 September 2026. These Terms govern access to DemandNerve, an AI Search Visibility Intelligence service for business users.

1. The service

DemandNerve helps users organize and measure brand visibility in AI-generated answers, preserve evidence and source context, compare measurement history and coordinate related team workflows.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for appropriate team access.

3. Measurement data

You are responsible for having the right to submit prompts, captured responses, source references and other information you place in DemandNerve. External AI provider behavior can change independently of DemandNerve.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use DemandNerve to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, evade provider controls, distribute malware, interfere with security or overload the service.

5. Customer data

You retain rights in business data you lawfully provide. You grant DemandNerve the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and transform that data to provide the service.

6. Availability

We may maintain or change the service to improve security, reliability, compliance or product capabilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
