Effective 22 September 2026. This policy explains how DemandNerve processes personal data when you use our public website, client application, workspace collaboration features and AI Search Visibility Intelligence service.

1. Data we process

We may process account identifiers, business email addresses, workspace memberships and roles, project configuration, prompts, measurement schedules, captured answer text, source URLs, evidence metadata, audit events, security logs and service telemetry.

2. Why we process it

We process data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain workspace permissions, run requested measurements, preserve evidence and history, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI-search measurement data

DemandNerve can store prompts, observed answers, source references and derived visibility or attribution information. Measurements preserve the provider, model and surface context needed to interpret them.

4. Service providers

The public site is deployed through Netlify. The client platform uses Amazon Web Services for authentication, application hosting, data storage, queues, encryption and monitoring.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary for the service, security and legal obligations. See our Data Deletion instructions.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
